Yes. Start listening to the free sounds without signing in. Sign in with Apple to claim your one welcome sound creation and use account-based creation features.
A mix layers sounds at the same time, with individual volume controls. A playlist plays your chosen sounds in sequence over a total duration you set. You can have it finish or repeat.
Sleep+ opens the full catalog, unlimited playlists, and 100 new sound creations per UTC calendar month, including during an eligible trial. Unused creations don’t roll over. Your existing creations remain playable if you cancel.
Downloaded sounds play offline. Exploring the live catalog, creating new audio, and managing your account or subscription need an internet connection. Favorites and playlists are stored on your device; they do not currently sync across devices.
Yes. Parents can choose familiar sounds, create a gentle lullaby, or prepare a bedtime playlist for their household. The app is intended for users ages 13 and up; parents manage the experience for younger children.
No. It does not measure your sleep, listen through your microphone, or access Apple Health data. It is a sound and relaxation app, not a medical service.
